Q) How long does a $300 deposit hold a car?
A) A $300 deposit holds a car for up to 2 weeks. If you need more time, an additional $300 payment extends the hold by another 2 weeks. The deposit goes toward the purchase price and is refunded only if your financing does not go through.
A) For Coming Soon cars, the 2 weeks start when the car arrives at our dealership, and the deposit stays refundable until you have seen the car in person and decided to buy it.
Q) Is delivery free? Are there any extra charges?
A) Yes. For buyers outside the Wiesbaden area, delivery to your garrison’s vehicle registration office anywhere in Germany is free, with no extra charges. Wiesbaden buyers pick up their car at our dealership.
Q) How soon can I get my vehicle?
A) Deliveries are scheduled first-come, first-served, and in some cases we can speed things up. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days from the day the car is reserved. In Wiesbaden you can often drive away the same day once your financing, insurance and Alpha Form are in place.
Q) Are all the cars tax-free? Are prices shown with or without tax?
A) Yes, for buyers with SOFA status. Prices are shown without German VAT.
Q) What will I need at the time of delivery?
A) You will receive a detailed email with a purchase order explaining everything you will need at the time of delivery.
Q) What do I receive when I put money down on a car?
A) You will receive a purchase order by email with all the details about the car.
Q) What does “passed inspection before delivery” mean?
A) Every car we sell passes the German safety inspection before you take it over, so it qualifies for permanent tags at your vehicle registration office. This is included free of charge.
Q) Can I see and test drive the car first?
A) Of course. Visit us in Wiesbaden, look the car over and take it for a test drive. If you can’t make the trip, our photos and descriptions show the actual car, and we answer every question by phone or WhatsApp.
Q) How do I secure the car for purchase?
A) Find the car you want in our inventory and click “Start Purchase”. You will place a $300 deposit by credit card or PayPal. It is not an extra charge: it goes toward the purchase price, and it is refunded only if your financing does not go through.
