Q) How long can I reserve a vehicle with $300?

A) You can reserve a vehicle for up to 2 weeks. If you need more time, you will need to make an additional payment of $300, which will get you an additional 2 weeks. Remember the reserve deposit becomes non-refundable only if you do not proceed with the sale. 


Q) Is the delivery free of charge and are there any extra charges?

A) Yes, delivery is absolutely free of charge to any garrison in Germany.


Q) How soon can I get my vehicle?

A) We designate deliveries on a first come first serve basis. However, in some cases, we can expedite delivery. It usually takes 3 to 4 business days from the day the car is put on hold until delivery.


Q) Are all the vehicles on the website TAX-FREE and is the price advertised with or without taxes?

A) The advertised price is without taxes if you are entitled to the SOFA status.


Q) What will I need at the time of delivery?

A) You will receive a detailed email with a purchase order explaining everything you will need at the time of delivery.


Q) What do I receive when I put money down on a car?

A) You will receive via email a purchase order with all pertinent info about the car.


Q) What do you mean by passed Inspection prior to delivery?

A) All sold cars will be taken through German safety inspection (TÜV) and get inspected prior to the new buyer taking possession of the car, which will guarantee the issue of permanent tags at your vehicle registration office. This service is offered to you - Free of charge!


Q) I have never bought a car online, I’m the type who wants to touch it, sit in it, kick the tires and test drive it.

A) We encourage you to come and visit us and check the car out, kick the tires and do your tests. However, we do understand many people do not have the luxury of going car shopping, so we take the burden of hunting for a nice car off your shoulders. 


Q) How do I secure the car for purchase?

A) First, find the car you want through our inventory. Select the vehicle you like. Next, click on the "Start Purchase". button and follow the instructions. You will need to place a non-refundable $300 deposit with a credit card or by Paypal. The $300 deposit is not an extra charge and goes towards the purchase price.
